For residential install crews

AGD 70 and AGD 80 cover the bulk of single-family lawn, side-yard, and patio jobs across the Valley. AGD 90 steps in on premium homeowner jobs and any install with dogs in the run. Typical residential orders pull 1–4 rolls (15 ft width, 100 ft length) plus infill sand and weed barrier — pickup from Gilbert or scheduled drop at the job site.

For commercial install crews

AGD 100 is the spec for HOA common areas, hotel courtyards, apartment amenity decks, retail entryways, and office campuses. Pile density and UV stability are sized for daily foot traffic in full Phoenix sun. Typical commercial orders pull pallets — multiple rolls plus base rock and infill — staged for sequenced delivery as the job phases.

For sports, playground, and putting greens

AGD PUTT for backyard greens and country-club practice surfaces. AGD 100 with a denser infill spec for playground and recreation installs where fall-rating and impact attenuation matter. Coordinate spec with our team before bid — sports and playground jobs are the most spec-sensitive work we ship.

Contractor questions

Is there a minimum order?

No hard minimum on turf rolls — we'll cut to your job. That said, our pricing is structured for trade-channel volume, so per-roll economics favor full-roll orders (15 ft × 100 ft) over partial cuts. Open a trade account and we'll walk you through where the breaks land for your typical job size.

What's the lead time on a turf order?

Stocked grades — AGD 70, 80, 90, 100, and AGD PUTT — are typically ready for same-day or next-day will-call pickup at the Gilbert warehouse during trade hours (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM). Scheduled Valley deliveries depend on truck routing — call the warehouse for current delivery windows.

Can I get physical samples before I spec?

Yes. Stop by the Gilbert warehouse at 700 N Golden Key St, Suite A6 during trade hours and pull samples from the rack, or call ahead and we'll cut samples for pickup. Sample pieces are also available for shipment on request.

Will-call pickup or delivery — which should I use?

Pickup if you're already running a Valley route and want to control your own staging. Delivery if you want the rolls staged at the job site for a sequenced install — especially on commercial jobs pulling multiple pallets. We deliver across the entire Phoenix Valley.

Can I return partial rolls?

Full unopened rolls in original packaging can be returned within terms set on your trade account. Partial rolls and cut pieces are not returnable — once turf is cut to a job spec it's yours. Talk to us before cutting if you're uncertain about quantity.

Which backing should I spec for pet applications?

For dog-run installs, spec AGD 90 with our pet-application infill (Camofill) over the standard silica sand. The denser pile resists matting under dog traffic, and Camofill helps with odor and drainage compared to standard 16/30 grit silica.

Does the manufacturer warranty pass through to the homeowner?

Yes. AGD turf carries a manufacturer warranty on UV stability and backing integrity that passes through to the end customer on the install. We provide documentation with each order — keep a copy for your homeowner closeout package.
