Wholesale-only. No homeowner walk-ins.

Artificial Grass Distributors is a trade-channel supplier. We sell artificial grass, pavers, and hardscape materials to the contractors, landscapers, and builders who install them — not to the end customer. Materials move through trade accounts at trade pricing, picked up or scheduled out of our Gilbert warehouse on the trade-channel hours of 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Licensed turf and hardscape contractors pulling material by the project. Account holders order by square footage, pick up rolls and pallets at will-call, or schedule delivery to the job site.

Full-scope landscape and design-build firms specifying grass, pavers, and hardscape on residential and commercial work. Trade pricing across the full materials package, one account for everything.

Send the project specs — square footage, product line, jobsite, timing. We confirm availability and lock the pull from inventory.

Receive a written trade quote — line-item pricing, total, pickup or delivery options, and the date the material is ready.

Pull
Will-call pickup at the Gilbert warehouse during trade hours, or scheduled delivery to the jobsite. Confirm, load, go.

Wholesale rates across artificial grass, pavers, and hardscape materials. Line-item quotes per project, not list-price guesswork. The price you're quoted is the price you pay at pickup.

The product line you spec'd on the last job is the product line stocked for the next one. Reliable inventory means you bid with confidence and your crews land on a job site that has the material waiting.

Every active account is handled by a single point of contact at the Gilbert warehouse. Quote questions, change orders, and pickup logistics route to one person who already knows your work.

Project-scale ordering.

Order by the roll, the pallet, or the project. Builders running multi-phase developments can schedule pulls against construction milestones rather than re-quoting every release.

Will-call window.

Pickup 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday at 700 N Golden Key St. Pull your trailer in, load the order, signature on the BOL, back on the road before the heat sets in.

Phoenix Valley delivery.

Scheduled delivery to active job sites across the Valley. Coordinate the drop window with your superintendent — the material arrives ready to stage, not in the way.

Trade program FAQ

Do I need a license to open an account?

Trade accounts are for licensed contractors and active trade businesses. Most accounts we open belong to ROC-licensed turf, landscape, hardscape, or general contractors, plus design-build firms and home builders. If you're not licensed but you're operating as a trade business, get in touch — we'll tell you what we need.

Are net terms available?

Net terms are reviewed on a per-account basis after the application. New accounts typically start on pre-pay or card-at-pickup; established accounts with consistent volume can transition to terms once a payment history is on file.

Is there a minimum order?

No fixed minimum. Account holders pull anything from a single roll to a full pallet program. That said, the program is built for project-scale ordering — if you're looking for a single-cut residential remnant, an installer in our network is the better route.

Pickup or delivery?

Both. Will-call is the default — pull into the Gilbert warehouse during trade hours, load, and go. Delivery to active Phoenix Valley job sites can be scheduled per project; quote your delivery window when you send specs.

How long does account approval take?

Most applications come back inside one to two business days once we have the license, business details, and a contact. If the timing on a first project is tight, flag it on the application and we'll prioritize the review.

Can I bring my crew to the warehouse?

Yes — account holders and their crews are welcome at the warehouse during trade hours. We're not open to the public, which is part of what keeps the channel clean for the contractors who run their day around our pickup window.
